Accounts remain in your name. Project source and handover are included after full payment, even without a care plan.

Collect the material
Work starts after the 50% deposit and all required content have been received.
Review and launch
You provide one consolidated list per revision round. The remaining 50% is due after approval, before publication.
A reliable timeframe. The target is completion within 7 business days after the deposit and all required content arrive. Approvals, domain access and external verification can affect the public launch.

What do you need from me?
Business and contact details, services and actual service areas, desired pages, logo, your photos and approved legal copy. We review missing content together. The delivery timeframe starts once all material and the deposit are received.
What is included in each package?
Starter (€499) and Business (€799) have fixed prices for the described scope. Pro starts at €1,299, with extra pages, features and design agreed individually. One, two or three consolidated revision rounds are included respectively.
Work outside the agreed scope starts only after you approve its price and schedule. Statutory defect remedies are unaffected.
Are copy and legal pages included?
We structure your information and edit the agreed website copy from it. Full copywriting, translation, photography and logos can be quoted separately.
Adding imprint and privacy pages is included; you supply the correct, reviewed legal text and business details. Legal advice is not part of the package.
Is monthly support required?
No. Care (€39/month) and Growth (€79/month) are optional and start only when expressly ordered.
There is no minimum term: cancel by email at any time, effective at the end of the current calendar month. A partial first month is charged proportionally.
Future months paid in advance are refunded. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected.
What does hosting cost without support?
Without a support plan, there is no recurring WörtherWeb support fee. Domain, hosting and paid services use client-owned accounts and are billed directly by their providers.
Required tariffs and expected recurring costs are listed in the quote for your approval before commissioning.
Provider fees also apply in addition to Care and Growth, which cover management rather than provider charges.
Without a plan, you or another provider arrange ongoing technical maintenance.
Who owns the website, code and accounts?
Your domain, content and accounts remain yours.
After full payment, you receive the project source code, brief operating instructions and a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to operate and modify your website, including through another provider.
We retain the right to reuse templates and general components. Disclosed third-party and open-source licences continue to apply.
Standard handover is included and does not require a support contract.
What happens when support ends?
Your website and usage rights remain. You keep account access and receive the current project files and necessary operating information by the end of the plan.

Support ends, not the hosting you pay for directly. Content is not deleted merely because you cancel.
What does custom design mean?
Packages adapt the existing website structure using your colours, images, services and content. A completely new design concept outside that foundation is a separately agreed extra starting at €1,500. Its scope and total price are agreed before work starts.
How do payment, approval and defect remedies work?
50% is due before work starts; the other 50% follows your express approval, before publication. Silence is not approval.
Seven business days is a delivery target after all material and the deposit arrive.
Legally required defect remedies do not use up revision rounds or monthly change allowances. Support plans do not provide 24/7 service; statutory warranty and damages rights remain unaffected.

What does domain connection include?
Connecting one client-owned domain, including the www redirect and HTTPS. Domain fees, mailbox setup, domain purchase or transfer and complex DNS work are not included. Existing email DNS records remain untouched.
