This privacy policy describes the personal data processed when you visit the WörtherWeb website or get in touch. It applies to the website at its current Vercel address and any domains subsequently connected to it.

3. Hosting and technical access data

The website is hosted by Vercel. Visits may involve processing technically necessary data, including IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type, operating system, referrer and technical error data. This processing enables secure and stable operation of the website.

4. Contact and meeting requests

WörtherWeb enquiry forms send your name, email address and message to our server, along with the project type, budget, package selection, privacy acknowledgement or optional meeting preference, depending on the form. These details are forwarded to WörtherWeb by email through Resend to handle your enquiry. No appointment is booked automatically. Separate email and phone links open the corresponding application on your device.

When a form is submitted, Resend processes the enquiry and delivery data needed to send it. Direct emails are transmitted through your email provider. Submitted details are stored in our inbox to process the enquiry. The application keeps no separate enquiry database and does not log message content. An appointment is agreed only after personal confirmation.

Email delivery and demo form

Resend is operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States. Data may therefore be processed outside the EEA. Information on processing, subprocessors and intended safeguards for international transfers is available in the Resend privacy policy and the Resend data processing agreement.

The form on the fictional electrician website is explicitly labelled as a demo. It only validates entries locally in your browser and sends no messages. Please use fictional details there.

5. Cookies and analytics

WörtherWeb uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated, anonymised usage statistics and selected non-personal events such as clicks on contact options, packages, questions and the demo. According to its documentation, Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies; visitors are recognised through a hash for short-term, aggregated measurement. WörtherWeb does not send form content, email addresses, phone numbers or messages as analytics events.

Analytics helps improve the structure, clarity and contact options of this website. Further information is available in the Vercel Web Analytics privacy information. Technically necessary hosting storage and logs may remain unaffected.

6. Legal basis and retention

Where necessary, data is processed to respond to pre-contractual enquiries and perform requested services, and on the basis of legitimate interests in a secure and functional website. Enquiry content is kept only as long as necessary for processing, record-keeping or legal obligations.

7. Your rights
